These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Yumeri Pty Ltd ABN 73 698 269 617 ACN 698 269 617 trading as Ginza Therapist (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating under the name Ginza Therapist, a wellness studio based in Melbourne CBD, Victoria, Australia.
By booking or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
We provide professional wellness and restoration services at our Melbourne CBD premises. All services are performed by trained adult therapists.
All services offered by Yumeri Pty Ltd ABN 73 698 269 617 ACN 698 269 617 trading as Ginza Therapist are legitimate wellness and restoration services. Any request for services outside the scope of what is described in our service menu will be declined, and the client may be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund.
You must be 18 years of age or older to book or receive our services. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
Bookings are made via SMS, Telegram or WeChat as directed on our website. No booking is confirmed until you receive explicit confirmation from us via the relevant messaging platform.
When making a booking you agree to provide accurate information, including your name, preferred service, and preferred appointment time. We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion without providing a reason.
Therapist availability shown on our website is indicative only and subject to change without notice. Confirmation of your preferred therapist is not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price, at our discretion.
If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, the full service fee may be charged, and future bookings may be refused.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment for any reason, including staff unavailability or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time or full refund of any prepaid amount.
Current service prices are listed on our website at https://ginzatherapist.com.au. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We accept cash, card and EFTPOS. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price changes will be reflected on our website and will not affect bookings already confirmed.
You agree to behave respectfully and professionally at all times while on our premises. This includes respectful conduct toward all therapists and staff.
We have a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to: sexual harassment or solicitation, threatening or abusive language, physical aggression, intoxication, or conduct that makes any staff member feel unsafe.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any service immediately, without refund, if a client’s conduct is deemed inappropriate by any therapist or staff member. We also reserve the right to ban any client from future bookings.
Clients are expected to arrive for their appointment in a hygienic condition. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if this requirement is not met.
You are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions or circumstances that may affect your session prior to your appointment. Yumeri Pty Ltd ABN 73 698 269 617 ACN 698 269 617 trading as Ginza Therapist accepts no liability for adverse effects resulting from failure to disclose relevant health information.
Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before booking.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Yumeri Pty Ltd ABN 73 698 269 617 ACN 698 269 617 trading as Ginza Therapist is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of our services, except where caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto our premises.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including any consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://ginzatherapist.com.au/privacy. By booking our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
